Please note this is a preliminary application for potential tenants. Our prescreening process considers the tenant's business background, clientele base and business history. If you’re interested in leasing our cafe, we do require our prospective tenants to present a business plan, financial statements, and background screening. After application review, a lease agreement will be initiated. An executed lease agreement is satisfied only after all requirements are met and the tenant has secured their deposit.
